Description:
New housing estate forming a mix of houses and flats together with the
refurbishment of three existing buildings on the site to provide additional residential and
commercial use. The development will comprise a total of 160 new dwellings in total
which includes 6no dwellings within the converted Riverside building. The refurbishment
of the Riverside building together with the Whitehouse and Gatehouse building will also
provide 13,485 sq ft of commercial office space
