A major Estate Action / SRB project comprising 1466 existing properties which
saw the refurbishment of existing blocks, the demolition of others and the conversion of
disused ground floor garages into new dwellings to create 108 new properties. The works were coupled with the removal of high level access ways to separate blocks to improve security levels.
